TAOS CITY OF LIGHT

The Planetary Cities of Light is a Group of Forty (GOF) project. The Cities of Light was downloaded under guidance of Juliano and We, the Arcturians. A tremendous amount of 5th dimensional (5D) energy was downloaded into the nominated cities, that now hold the 5D light and create an interphase between the 3rd and 5th dimension. It is an effort to bring our planet and the entirety of humanity into a higher dimensional vibration.

GOF is an organization uniting Planetary Healers and has 40 groups around the world. The local group was founded by John Murray and meets every 1st & 3rd Saturday at Casa del Monte under guidance by Vera Le Doux: 505-990-7347 - veraledoux@msn.com.

Our members are working with Taos City of Light to maintain and hold a spiritual vibration, which serves as a protective energy field so that lower vibrational 3D energies cannot dominate the energy of the city. This means that some of the devastations from Earth changes that are possible will not, or may not, affect Taos City of Light. Part of the creation of the Planetary Cities of Light involves allowing the energies of a just society to manifest. During our monthly reactivations we visualize that we are raising the spiritual light quotient and changing the entire infrastructure of Taos. Each reactivation has two parts, the release of 3D energy and the download of 5D energy.

Preparing for 2012

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We are on a cusp of major changes, and we are quickly approaching 2012. There is much anxiety and excitement about the changes that are before you and are before the planet. We have designated 2011 as the year of the planetary healer. This designation indicates that there is a great deal of planetary work that must be done. There is a great deal of planetary work ahead in preparation for the 2012 energy input.

The preparation has to do with the expansion of the vessels so that both your personal and planetary vessels can hold the fifth-dimensional light that is going to be downloaded. In the idea of the vessel, one understands that the vessel is like a structure. It can be considered a physical structure, and it can be considered an etheric structure.

The structure or the vessel is built to contain a certain frequency and energy. You can compare the vessel to water. Say a vessel can hold a certain poundage of water, but if the water becomes too heavy and too much, then the vessel can break. So it is with the frequencies and so it is with energy. Energy requires that in order for it to be used properly and to be processed properly, it must somehow be contained. You would not want electricity, for example, to be floating through the atmosphere without having a designation or a focus. If electricity were not focused, then you would not be able to turn a light on even though there is electricity all over the atmosphere. You still have to focus and direct the electricity through a wire and into some type of a circuit.

This is exactly the same thing with spiritual energy and spiritual light. It is exactly the same thing with fifth-dimensional energy and fifth-dimensional light. There is going to be a time when there will be a huge input of fifth-dimensional energy. This energy that I am talking about is actually measureable. It is observable. When this energy is coming, you as a vessel have to be constructed and prepared to hold a newer and higher frequency.

We have been offering various types of exercises that can train your self as a vessel to hold more fifth-dimensional energy and fifth-dimensional light. We know that the Ascension is getting closer. What is the difference going to be between those who ascend and those who do not ascend? One of the main differences is going to be this: those who ascend will be able to hold the input of energies – etheric energy and spiritual energy – that is going to be downloaded.

This ascension is going to be a surge of spiritual and etheric energy. People often ask, “Am I worthy enough to ascend, or have I been able to complete all my life lessons?” They might say, “No, I feel I have not completed my life lessons, and I feel that I am not worthy enough.” People could deny themselves the experience of the Ascension with this type of thinking.

The key factor now for the Ascension is your ability to hold this higher energy and higher input of light. It is true that in order to hold newer light and newer energy, you must clear out and release a lot of baggage. You must release a lot of older energies so that there is room for the new vibration. Also, you have to have a strong enough structure to hold the newer light.

Everything that I have said about your personal ascension also applies to the planetary ascension. We want to provide an etheric energetic structure for the planet so that the planet can hold, receive and process fifth-dimensional energies. The 12 etheric crystals, one of which was originally downloaded at Lago Puelo, Argentina, are set up to assist the planet in holding and processing fifth-dimensional energy and fifth-dimensional light. The etheric crystals, including the one at Lago Puelo, are capable of handling a large input, an immediate input of fifth-dimensional light.

Let’s talk about fifth-dimensional light and vessels. When we talk about fifth-dimensional light on a personal basis, sometimes then we can say that a certain individual’s vessel is not strong enough to hold the fifth-dimensional light. In order to make the vessel stronger, the person must discharge old energy. It is the same with the planet. It is the same with the structures in the planet which include a variety of social, political and geophysical energies. That is to say, what you are seeing now on the Earth is a great deal of releasing of congested and denser energy patterns so that the Earth and the structures on this planet can develop a stronger vessel in order to receive fifth-dimensional energies.

The etheric crystals are working and are in excellent position to begin the downloading of fifth-dimensional energies. But the crystals by themselves need assistance. To that purpose, we also established through your great work, the Planetary Cities of Light project. This is a further elaboration of creation of vessels on the Earth. Vessels are now being created in individual Planetary Cities of Light. These individual Planetary Cities of Light are going to be able to handle fifth-dimensional energy. They are going to be able to receive the huge input of light and energy. When we talk about 2012, let’s be frank, there is going to be upheaval. You have already seen some of the upheaval beginning in 2011. It is going to carry through, of course, into 2012.

Remember, if you, as a personal vessel, are somewhat congested, then, if you receive a high input of fifth-dimensional light and have no preparation and have done no spiritual work, then it’s going to blow your circuits. It is going to make you, perhaps, more confused. There will be disruption and disorganization. That is why we are emphasizing preparation and also doing some of the exercises, such as shimmering. The planet also has to be prepared for this huge input of fifth-dimensional energy and light that is coming in 2012.

There are many cases and examples where the social, the political and even the geological structure have not been prepared to receive the input of fifth-dimensional energy and light. Therefore, there were disruptions. What I am suggesting is, on a planetary level, the Earth must be prepared for fifth-dimensional input because if the Earth is unprepared as a planet, then there will even be more disruptions than what you have already seen.

The third part of our cycle of planetary preparation is the Ladders of Ascension. The first level is the etheric crystals. The second level is the Planetary Cities of Light, and the third level is the Ladders of Ascension. Each level carries a unique and individual frequency. The Ladders of Ascension are being designated in certain energetic power places on the planet. The frequencies of the Ladders of Ascension and the frequencies of the places have been calibrated so that they can handle large numbers of souls who are ready to ascend. One of the things that we looked for in designating a place for a Ladder of Ascension is to look for a place that has a sense of purity and a spiritual energetic structure. These places already have the ability to be a vessel of light and hold spiritual energy. Spiritual light is already around these areas so that they can handle huge energetic inputs of soul light.

We want to talk about the Ladders of Ascension and placement of the Ladders of Ascension in reference to the concept of bilocation. Bilocation is the ability to place yourself in two places at the same time. One bilocation point is considered the home place, and the second is considered the designated projected place. When we are talking about the Ascension, we are talking about bilocation into another dimension. The ability to perform bilocation will assist you in your ascension. We have found this based on our experience in other planets. We have assisted and been involved in other planetary ascensions. We have found that using designated “bilocation-friendly“ places, such as Ladders of Ascension, make it easier and make it more viable to assist large groups of people in their ascension. People can, at the point of ascension, project and bilocate to the Ladder of Ascension. At the point on the Ladder of Ascension, there will be a huge fifth-dimensional opening. There will not be a fifth-dimensional opening over the entire planet. The whole planet is not going to open up to the fifth dimension. Why? The whole planet and all of the many cities are not prepared to receive this huge downloading of energy because the vessels on the planet are not strong enough.

Designated places like the ones that have the Ladders of Ascension are strong enough to hold the right vibration that will attract the fifth dimension and will be able to keep the gates to the fifth dimension open. This is an important factor. The gates at the Ladder of Ascension have to be kept open because there is going to be thousands and thousands of souls that will ascend. There are already several areas that have been designated as holding Ladders of Ascension (Mt. Fuji, Japan; Dome of the Rock, Jerusalem; Bell Rock, Sedona, Arizona; Nelson Bay, NSW, Australia near Sidney; and San Martín de los Andes, Argentina), and we have worked in these areas for the downloading of the Ladders of Ascension. Now in this session, we are activating another Ladder of Ascension at San Martín de los Andes in Argentina. This beautiful Planetary City of Light is very near our first etheric crystal that we downloaded at Lago Puelo. Now we are excited to work with opening and downloading a new Ladder of Ascension at San Martín de los Andes.

I am asking everyone now to visualize this beautiful new fifth-dimensional Ladder of Ascension. I, Juliano, have my starship Athena directly over San Martín de los Andes and the Group of Forty members that are there to receive this etheric Ladder of Ascension. I want all who are listening and meditating with us now to visualize and work with me to bring this Ladder of Ascension down into San Martín de los Andes. On the count of three, I, Juliano, with your assistance, am downloading this new Ladder of Ascension. (Tones Ohhhhhhhh, Ooohhhhhhh.) A majestic blue ladder is leaving my starship Athena and coming down directly over the home of where the Group of Forty is at this moment. This Ladder of Ascension is now being downloaded there.

The Ladder of Ascension is staying above the city. It is staying above the city in a beautiful way so that everyone can feel and sense the beautiful blue light energetically that is being radiated from the fifth dimension. This Ladder of Ascension has directly come from the fifth dimension, and it is in the etheric realm directly over San Martín de los Andes. We will meditate for a few minutes on this beautiful opening which is now occurring over this Planetary City of Light. Visualize and see this Ladder of Ascension over San Martín de los Andes.

There is a great deal of joy around the Ladder of Ascension. Those people who are in San Martín de los Andes are directly experiencing the joyfulness because the fifth dimension is a dimension of joy. It is a dimension of unity. It is a dimension of oneness. Having this opening to the fifth dimension is raising the spiritual light quotient of the city. At the same time, I, Juliano, deepen the connection between the Bell Rock Ladder of Ascension in Sedona, Arizona, with the new Ladder of Ascension in San Martín de los Andes. It is a beautiful light connection.

The Ladders of Ascension are capable of handling many souls and the Ladder of Ascension is like an attraction. At the moment of ascension, you can choose any Ladder of Ascension you wish. You can simply ascend from where you are without going through the Ladders of Ascension. Our experience has been that it is easier to project yourself to an area that has the Ladders of Ascension. You will feel more comfortable, especially when you see the masses or thousands of souls going to the areas.

One final idea – bilocation begins by sending your soul essence to the other place. When you reach the Ladder of Ascension with your soul essence, you will receive and experience such a high input of energetic light that you will be able to use that energy to bring your physical body to the Ladder of Ascension, and then you will be able to ascend. It does require a huge input of energy to ascend a physical body, including bilocating energetically, and then through the bilocation, bring the physical body and then ascend. But, you will have the vessel to hold that energy, to do that task. And, the designated areas that are Ladders of Ascension will be places that can hold these huge energy inputs without disintegrating.

I, Juliano, congratulate the Group of Forty members there in San Martín de los Andes for holding this light, for helping to create the great vessel in their city so that they can work with this new Ladder of Ascension. Mother Mary is going to be the spiritual advisor, guide and teacher for this Ladder of Ascension in San Martín de los Andes.

Now I will turn to another subject because we have a great deal of work to do. I want to talk more specifically about 2012 and the energy of 2012. I would like to look at the whole idea of predictions and what is coming. I know that, in essence, the year 2012 is actually going to begin around October 15th, 2011.

From an energetic standpoint, 2012 does not really begin on January 1st, 2012, but the energy and the cycle and the light is already beginning on October 15th. In a sense you are now (on September 3) almost coming to the end of the cycle of 2011. You might say that this has been a short year. Look at everything that has happened already.

In looking at the predictions for 2012, I want to first deal with several questions about the comet Elenin (Author’s Note: Comet Elenin was discovered by Russian astronomer Leonid Elenin on December 10, 2010. It is supposed to come closest to the Earth on October 16, 2011 when it will be around 22 million miles from the Earth.). It has come into the solar system. Some people that are psychic are predicting upheaval from that comet. Our perception is this: when you look at astronomical events such as the coming of a comet, you must look at them first in terms of their symbolic significance. When we look at astrology, when we look at the position of planets, we say that the positions of the planets are reflections of an energy that is pervasive in this section of the galaxy. For example, people sometimes say that because Mars is in this position that it is causing certain problems. The position of Mars is a reflection of the energies that are in the galaxy and that are coming to you on the planet Earth. The comet from this perspective is a metaphoric or symbolic messenger that is coming to this planet. It is true that this comet will be approximately at its closest point around 22 million miles from the Earth. That is a relatively close in astronomical terms. It is not going to hit the Earth. It is not going to be an asteroid that is going to blow up things.

The comet represents symbolically an attempt to awaken this planet at this time to the fact that Earth is interacting with many extraplanetary energy sources. Earth does not exist solely on its own in this galaxy. This comet is coming at this point because it has a message for humanity. The message for humanity is that you are galactic beings. You are a galactic planet. You are not isolated. It just so happens that the comet is coinciding with one of the most intense periods of changes on the planet so far. The comet is coming in right at the beginning point of the 2012 energy.

The people and some of the psychics have predicted that there will be many more eruptions of volcanoes. Some psychics have predicted that there will be more electromagnetic storms, and there will be more weather changes and earthquakes that are coming due to the comet. I want to say that the comet itself is not causing these things, but the comet itself is representing to you the energetic changes that are already here and are coming. One view is that the comet is causing this. In another view all of these changes in the Earth are erupting. Humanity is on the brink of a spiritual revolution. Humanity is on the brink of a spiritual period of evolution. That means that the thoughts of biorelativity can be used to insulate the Earth from the energetic changes and in a sense help to stabilize the Earth. Never before has there been such a great need for humanity to stabilize the Earth. Just even before this lecture, someone contacted the channel and said that there are supposed to be huge earthquakes that are supposed to be coming to Northeast America. The psychic made dire predictions of large magnitude earthquakes occurring in the first week of September.

In essence, the answer to such predictions is that we must hold thoughts of planetary stability. We must hold the thoughts of energetic spiritual balance to the planet because the planet is receiving already threads of fifth-dimensional energy and light. Old patterns are breaking down. The old patterns are breaking down, and the new energies that are coming to this planet are affecting this planet on a large scale. The effect can be seen on a social scale, a political scale, an economic scale, a geological scale and on the scale of the weather patterns. The Earth’s feedback loop systems are being affected also. All of these systems now are going to be in a stressful state.

I want to look into the predictions for 2012. First I will look at some of the political issues that are facing the United States for 2012. The year 2012 is going to see a continued decline in America’s economic power and in America’s economic leadership and in America’s leadership in general. The current crisis that you see, the debt crisis and the banking crisis and the general financial crisis, will continue to accelerate in 2012. In fact we see that the Dow Jones, which seems to be such an important number to people, will easily be going down to the 8,000 level by April or May of 2012.

The problem with the decline in the America’s financial power and financial leadership is that there is not any country or any person that can replace America. There are people who say that America is going to lose its power and someone else will take its place, but there isn’t any one country that can do that. Even China, which could be considered the more stable country economically, is not able to lead the world economically. What we predict for 2012 is that the decline of the economic power and the political power and the military power is going to leave a vacuum. That vacuum is not going to be filled because there is not anyone or any country that can stand forth to become the leader.

We are saying that also there is also a decline in the ability of the leadership in general. You probably have already noticed that the leaders in the world don’t seem to be able to lead. In other words, nobody really knows how to solve these problems. There is an interesting political discussion about the Mideast wars and the war and the concerns with Iran. Now, for example, you know that there are discussions that Iran is building a nuclear bomb, and now there will be undisputed evidence in 2012 that will be revealed showing that Iran does have the nuclear bomb. Of course, this development would be a direct threat to Israel, and there would be a direct threat to the peace in the Middle East.

Yet, the United States will not do anything because the United States wrongly, perhaps from the political standpoint, attacked Iraq because they thought there were weapons of mass destruction there. Now, there will be weapons of mass destruction discovered in Iran, but no one will follow the United States because they followed them the first time and the result was devastating and catastrophic.

This is another example of decline in leadership. One of the things that is going to happen in 2012 is this loss of leadership in the world. There will be many people that are coming forward in America saying that they want to be leaders, and that they have the energies, and they think they have the solutions. None of them are going to be able to lead and to be successful. In this vacuum, the answer would be that there is going to be somebody in the world that is emerging. Remember that you have heard this prediction before. You have heard the predictions before that there will be a leader emerging that will show how to solve all these problems. This person will win the popularity of many people, but a lot of people, especially the starseeds, will see that this person is not really who he says he is, and they will see through him immediately. You will see that there will be many people following this person anyway.

This is again part of the unfolding of the cosmic drama that is being played out on this planet. On the other front, we could say that this is another example of 2012 being representative of increasingly more polarizations. You think that 2011 is polarized. Wait till you see 2012, because there will be more energies of polarization. There is a good part of polarization, because spiritual energy will also become stronger. So when we speak of polarization, many people will say, this is terrible! Many people view polarizations as being either Side A or Side B. Side A doesn’t seem to be able to communicate to Side B, and there will be a conflict that can lead to stalemates. But, the good part of polarization for the starseeds and for spirituality is that the spiritual beings on the planet are becoming stronger. The spiritually minded people are becoming more committed, and they are becoming more willing to work because they understand that the spiritual light must be used to solve some of these problems of the third dimension. The third-dimensional energies alone are not going to be able to solve the problem.

Overall, in 2012, there is going to become an awakening of extraplanetary influences. This will be especially in South America and especially in Asia and in parts of Europe. There is going to become a huge understanding, a huge opening of the galactic energies and of the existence of extraplanetary beings and of the existence of the other energies. 2012 will see the uncovering of all of the secret documents that the governments have been keeping in the closet. People will begin to accept dimensional beings. In general, there will be a much wider acceptance of the extraplanetary beings. There is going to be in 2012 less confidence in the governments, especially when the people realize that the governments have kept one of the greatest secrets in history, that is, the existence of the proof of interaction with other extraplanetary beings. The governments have kept that information secret from the population. That idea and that information is going to be broken open, and people will again see that these extradimensional beings exist, and that in some cases there are governments that have interacted with them . People will see that governments have even borrowed and used technologies that have come from these interactions. It is even going to be discovered that a trade for the technologies has occurred. Some governments have given permission for extraplanetary beings to engage in genetic studies of populations. In return those governments have received technological assistance.

There is going to be a lack of world leadership. Somebody is going to emerge because it is going to be obvious from the chaos that there needs to be somebody strong.

There are some other predictions that I want to make for 2012. I always say that the predictions are based on the available information at this time and from our perceptions. A lot of people have an interest in the election in the U.S. in 2012. I do not see Obama winning the election. In fact, there is some doubt of whether or not he will even be a candidate for this election. There is going to be some type of a bombshell or some kind of disruption in his life or in the presidency that may make him either withdraw or make him decide to not run again. Something is going to happen that will shift the whole energies of the election.

The problem again is, though, that there is no strong person that really emerges. There will need to be a greater return to a spiritual understanding of Earth issues. There will be a lot of anger directed at governments in 2012, especially when people realize that the governments have been hiding many things. What you have been seeing that is called the “Arab Spring” in the Arab world may be spreading to some of the countries in the West.

There are always bright spots, and there are always places that are somewhat immune from this. We cannot cover all of the countries, but we can say that many of the countries in South America are relatively immune to the government disruptions. There will be a little more stability there. The governments in countries in South America are going to be affected by the economic instability, but at the same time, many of them have their own individual resources that will enable them to become more self-sufficient. I think that the countries in South America and in Central America are going to realize that they have to find ways of being on their own. They have to find ways of more self-sufficiency and more self-direction.

Countries in South America have more of a direct possibility for becoming self-sufficient because they have access to quite a few resources and also the populations in these countries already are more resonant with the extradimensional and extraplanetary beings. They have more personal experiences and extradimensional knowledge is more generally open in these countries.

In particular, I do see Argentina and Brazil being two countries that will have stability. Also generally, all the countries that are south of the Tropic of Capricorn will have more stable weather patterns. There will be difficult weather situations at times. They may have more rain and more cold than usual. It is not going to be devastating or catastrophic like some of the weather changes that are being experienced in the northern hemisphere, where there are severe droughts, for example.

This drought in Texas and in other parts of North America will continue through 2012. There will be several other times when there will be huge storms, but they will not break the drought. In terms of North America, we do not see major earthquakes happening in the Northeast in the next month or in the next week. There is a lot of fear that people are spreading about catastrophic events in 2012 which will not really happen.

Never before in the history of Man has it become so necessary to use biorelativity. The starseeds and the lightworkers are going to work to hold and protect Earth’s energy patterns. It is possible that a comet can send electromagnetic discharges to the Earth, which could disrupt satellites. This possibility of electromagnetic disruption can be countered by the starseeds putting white light around the Earth and around the electromagnetic energy field of the Earth. Yes, there are great Earth changes happening. At the same time, the power of biorelativity is also strong. The effectiveness of biorelativity against disruptive energy can be effective. People should believe and understand that biorelativity is a spiritual force that can be used to help stabilize weather patterns, weather changes and even earthquakes.

Australia and New Zealand are two other countries that are relatively insulated from further Earth changes. They may continue to suffer economically because of their dependence on the United States. But also they have a stronger history of independence and self-direction. I think that Australia will experience some dramatic weather events in 2012. It is something that they are able to integrate and tolerate. There are going to be some dramatic shifts in their government. They will discover that their government has been more in cahoots with the United States, and that they have unnecessarily handed over more of their powers to the United States. People are going to become shocked when they realize some of the things that they turned over to the United States. People will become angry and will want to stop the turning over of their power and light and energy to another country. This is going to be revealed and will happen in Australia. The Australian government knows about the extraterrestrial energies and extraplanetary interactions. That will make people unhappy when the Australian people find out that the government has kept major secrets from them.

Generally Australia will be a stable place to be in 2012, except for these other weather patterns. Parts of Africa will continue to be unstable. There are many bright spots in Africa. There are also lots of disruptions in Africa. There is lots of poverty and famine in certain parts, as you know, such as in Somalia and other areas. Generally the world is not going to marshal the resources to stop these famines because the world is going to be struggling with their own problems.

A lot of people are worried about the Middle East. I think there is going to be a confrontation again between Israel and another Middle Eastern country. The idea is that Israel is going to have to defend itself, which Israel already knows. Israel will be successful in this. The United States will not be able to unilaterally act against Iran. The United States will be supporting Israel behind the scenes. The Arab Spring will continue for a while, but it is going to be pretty much over by December 2011. The countries that are open to shifting will have shifted by December. Other countries that have not shifted dramatically will be able to hold onto their power at that point at least for a while.

I still see Europe as mixed. I think that Germany still will remain the leader. Germany still has the most economic power and that will continue. Germany will continue to balance the rest of Europe, with the help of France. Germany has an obligation to hold the rest of Europe afloat financially. They will hold to that obligation.

The weather patterns in Europe will be somewhat variable, somewhat extreme, but it won’t be as extreme as the United States. There will be periods of great social unrest in some of the Mediterranean countries including Spain, Greece, Portugal and even Italy. The rest of Europe and Eastern Europe will be relatively stable. Germany will continue to exert a leadership role in energy innovation for 2012.

There are still huge dangers around the world from nuclear energy and from nuclear reactors. It will be revealed that the Fukushima accident is far more dangerous and far more devastating than what anybody has said. I think that many people knew that already, but a true report of the devastation will come out. There will be reports of other nuclear accidents that have occurred around the world. Unfortunately, I do not see a movement towards shutting down the reactors. There is a possibility of one or two more major nuclear accidents in 2012.

Generally, Asia and India continue to be a dominant force economically. India will assume a stronger leadership role and will become a greater ally to the United States. India is going to be helping the United States. It is going to be one of the few countries that is going to be in the position to offer substantial support to the United States. I am talking about economic support and also technical support. India will be developing and is getting closer to developing a space program, for example, and this will become more obvious in 2012.

In conclusion I could say that the lightworkers and the lightwork in 2012 are going to become stronger. Because of increased polarizations, more people will seek a spiritual light and spiritual understanding, and that the lightworkers will be gaining in their ability to become influential and in holding the light patterns. Remember that there will be huge influxes of fifth-dimensional light in 2012, and that these energy influxes will contain answers to many of the problems.

Remember that the Ascension is going to download spiritual energy into the planet. Even when the Ascension ends, even when the first wave is over, know that the spiritual light that the Ascension brings will stay on the planet. It is not like the fifth dimension opens and the Ascension happens, then it closes and the spiritual light is gone.

So, my friends, we are looking forward to working more closely with all of you doing the biorelativity. We did not cover all the subjects. We will do more predictions for 2012 as we are working together throughout these months. This is Juliano. Good day.

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We are pleased and excited that we have been able participate with your work. This work, with your cooperation, focused on downloading the Ladder of Ascension. The heavenly Ladder of Ascension has now been downloaded over the Dome of the Rock in central Jerusalem. This event is a key factor in your ascension work.

To ascend into the fifth dimension requires many different connections and many different completions of tasks. You have to understand the complexity of the Ascension and the many different circumstances that must come into perfect alignment in order for you to ascend. Many of those alignments have to do with the planetary alignments. We have noted, for example, the importance of the 2012, December 21st, 22nd, alignment with the Central Sun. We have noted the alignments also related to the precession or the wobbling of the Earth which is approximately on a 26,000- to 27,000-year cycle.

Also, there are many other activations in the galaxy. We know that the Earth and this section of the galaxy is a spiritually active and spiritually open area. You remember that we have talked before about eclipses, and how wonderful they are, and how sometimes people will travel to different parts of the world just to experience the eclipse. The eclipse may be visible on Earth in Australia, but it would not be visible in Ohio, for example. From a galactic perspective, this analogy could be used in talking about the Central Sun. This could mean that there is a position of the planet Earth in the galaxy that would have a unique, important and key role in the upcoming alignments with the Central Sun.

Imagine and consider and visualize that the Earth is close to this powerful alignment that is coming very soon. Now, the 2012 alignment has been discussed from many different aspects including the Earth change aspects and including the End Time aspects. Our position is that the December 21st, 22nd, 2012 alignment covers a multidimensional, multifaceted shift. Some of that shifting has to do with what we have called the “turning point.” What is a turning point? A turning point means that things must come into fruition, which will cause events to be set into motion.

Shifts and changes must be set into motion because at that point of the turning point, there will not be an opportunity to reset the energy. This is another way of saying that the changes are not inevitable. These are not the End Times. Rather what is important and what is key is that all of the starseeds, all of the lightworkers and all of those who want to ascend, including all of the planetary healers, must give their full efforts to their spiritual work. What is set in motion now, especially in 2011, will be accelerated and activated tremendously in 2012 and especially in December of 2012.

Whatever is set in motion will be activated. That means that those who are in darkness, those who are in a state of polarization, those who are working for greed and domination and are working for abusing the environment will possibly be continuing that path. But (and this is the big ‘but,”), the consequences of whatever path you are choosing will be accelerated greatly at the 2012 December turning point.

Those like yourselves, who are doing spiritual work, will find a great acceleration and a great opportunity during this time. Also, when you think of alignments, think of eclipses. Let us talk for a moment about a lunar eclipse. You know that a total lunar eclipse may take three to four hours to occur. The actual full eclipse may last for three or four minutes. If you are watching the eclipse, you might notice that three hours before the full eclipse, there already begins to be a shadow on the Moon. After one hour, a third of the eclipse is occurring. By two hours it’s a half of a shadow. By the third-hour mark, then the full lunar eclipse, or total eclipse, is activated. Then it may take another hour to return to two-thirds, another two hours to go to one-third of an eclipse.

The full total eclipse may only last for several minutes. The same is true of the solar eclipse. You know that at this point of the full total solar eclipse, there is a total shift of electromagnetic energy and electromagnetic light rays reaching the Earth. This goes both for the lunar and the solar eclipse, but the electromagnetic changes are stronger during the total solar eclipse. Certain biophysical, cosmological light experiments can be done only during the solar eclipses. In fact, it was during a solar eclipse that the theory of relativity and the theory of light as proposed by Einstein were actually proven because of the special conditions that were only available during the solar eclipse.

I want to compare the eclipse to the idea of the 2012, December 22nd transition alignment. Because during this time, there is an eclipse with your Sun and the Central Sun. There is going to be a total eclipse, a total alignment of such powerful energy, of such beautiful light, of such spirituality, on that moment. It will last for a day, maybe as long as 36 hours. We are talking about an alignment or an eclipse that is many, many light years away. The Sun is 96,000,000 miles away, but we could not even give you the figure of how far the Central Sun is from the Earth because we are talking about thousands of light years. Remember that one light year is measured by the distance light travels in one year. The speed of light is 186,000 miles/second. Multiply that by 60 minutes, multiply that total by 24 hours, then multiply that total by 365 days. Now you get an idea of the amount of Earth miles that just one light year is. It is almost inconceivable in human terms to measure the alignment distance. I can say that this eclipse with the Central Sun is going to be held for 24 to 36 hours. I also can tell you that we have already begun this eclipse in 2011. We are now at approximately a 10 percent eclipse with the Central Sun. At this time in January 2011, we have already begun the eclipsing energy with the Central Sun.

Many of you have already felt this shift. Also, remember there is a key point about eclipses and a key point especially about a solar eclipse. You know that if there is a total solar eclipse, say between 12 Noon or 1 PM (1300, as our European and South American friends would say), at that moment of total eclipse, there is darkness on the Earth. At that moment of darkness, the birds and the animals become confused. They begin to see it as night. Sometimes there has been great fear during total eclipses, because people, especially in earlier times, had no understanding of an eclipse. They had no understanding of what was happening from an astronomical position. People would act erratically; people would act in a perhaps irrational way because the normal light energy and the stabilization of the light energy from the Sun were disrupted.

Now, I want you to use that same analogy in trying to understand what is going on as we are moving into the eclipse energy of December 2012. Even at a 10 percent eclipse, you have already noticed and seen that people can become more irrational. When you look at the solar eclipse, you can understand that this response of the confusion of the animals, of the confusion of the birds, is on an animalistic level. This reaction is coming from what the Kaballist calls the lower self. The lower self can become more confused energetically during the eclipse time. As we move past the 10 percent eclipse time, and as we move forward to 20 to 30 percent, then you can expect that there could be an increase in confusion.

Everyone is susceptible to confusion. Even though you are working on the fifth dimension and even though you are working as a lightworker, you still have your animalistic self; you still have your lower self. Much of the work of ascension has to do with being able to work with and to control your animal self and transform that energy into higher energy, into your higher self. For some of you, that is one of your soul lessons.

At the same time as the animal self sometimes becomes confused, note that the spiritual self, the scientific self, the explorer self, can become activated. Remember that I explained that the scientists were able to prove the theory of relativity and the basic assumptions of the theory of relativity at the time of a solar eclipse. This is another way of saying that high intellectual accomplishments, high spiritual achievements, high spiritual perceptions, can be achieved and are possible during an eclipse.

What would be considered a high spiritual achievement? Of course the jackpot, the highest spiritual achievement available to you, is the Ascension. That moment of the eclipse, the approaching of the eclipse, the pre-, total and post energy of the eclipse, all are moments when a higher spiritual sensitivity is available and when high spiritual accomplishments are more possible. From the spirituality standpoint, this is exciting. This is magnificent as a spiritual seeker and as a soul worker. For these purposes right now is a perfect opportunity to be on the Earth. This is the perfect set of circumstances to participate in an ascension.

To that process, we have made available new spiritual technologies for the Earth. All of these technologies are focusing on one main goal. That goal is to bring down fifth- dimensional energy into the Earth’s energetic realm. By bringing down fifth-dimensional energy, we are able to accelerate a spiritual sensitivity and spiritual achievement, especially because we are in the light of the eclipse of the 2012 energy field. That means that you also are able to activate to the highest level, your spiritual sensitivities. Your spiritual sensitivites are only going to get stronger. Your spiritual abilities are only going to get stronger during this eclipse because you have been focusing and working with us.

One of the new spiritual technologies that we have been able to offer occurred recently, when, with the help of many of the Group of Forty members, we have been able to activate a Ladder of Ascension over Jerusalem. This provides a new access point for the ascension energies. To that purpose and for that explanation, I am going to ask Sananda to speak with you more and also Archangel Metatron.

I can tell you that we, the Arcturians, have been working with many advanced planets and that some of the advanced planets have actually gone through the Ascension. One of the big tools, one of the big spiritual technologies for a planetary ascension, is the establishment of the heavenly Ladders of Ascension. We want to place at a minimum, three to four more Ladders of Ascension around the planet. We believe that with your assistance, we can do this. Some may ask, “Why would you need more than one?” I can only say that with the mass population and with the high number of starseeds, it is possible and helpful to have several more Ladders of Ascension. Those other ladders are still in the planning stage. At this point we are very proud of the activation of the Ladder of Ascension over Jerusalem. Sananda will now speak to you. I am Juliano.

Blessings and greetings, I am Sananda. I open my heart to you, and I send you my blessings, and I send you the blessings of my Father, and I send you the blessings from all of the Ascended Masters. You know how important Jerusalem is to our work, and you know the spiritual energy that is there. The Ladder of Ascension that was activated was actually a renewal of an ascension ladder that has been available throughout the many centuries in Jerusalem. In many ways I could say that it was easier to reactivate an old connecting link, or an old Ladder of Ascension.

We are living in a different time than your forefathers or your ancestors. We are living in a time of great polarization and conflict. Also, we are living in a time of high spirituality and high spiritual light. For the first time, there is a great awakening and there is a great opportunity for a large ascension, for an ascension that will include thousands and thousands of people. Never before in the history of this planet have so many potential starseeds, or lightworkers, had the opportunity for such a mass ascension.

You may ask: “How would I use the Ladder of Ascension, Sananda?” There are several important points that I will tell you about this Ladder of Ascension. One, to be able to approach the ladder and to be admitted to the energy field of the Ladder of Ascension, you must be filled with love and unity. You must be filled with oneness that can only be expressed through your foreknowledge of the fifth dimension. You must approach the Ladder of Ascension with unity consciousness, with your highest consciousness, with your ability to perceive the unities of the polarizations. You must be able to perceive the perfection of the Divine Plan that is right before your eyes. You can hold this perception, even though at normal lower consciousness, you many not see exactly how everything is proceeding.

Remember, at that place of entry to the ladder, right by the first step, you will interact with the energy and go into a higher state of consciousness. Do not worry if you do not feel that energy pull or energy opening. Just know that with your intent and with your spiritual studies and meditations, you will have the foundation, the groundwork, to activate the energy and go and bring yourself into a higher state of consciousness. Then the rest of the ladder can appear.

In the beginning you would only see a few steps. As you are closer and begin to climb and look up, you will see many steps. The second thing of great importance is that you do not have to be in Jerusalem to go to the ladder. Juliano has taught you many techniques about thought projection. Yes, it would be preferable to be there in Jerusalem at the moment when the ascension energy is at its highest. At that moment you can ascend. At the same time, know that the ascension ladder and the mass ascension that will occur at this point above the Temple of the Rock will have a positive effect of untold magnitude on the entire planet.

It is one thing for an ascension to occur in remote areas like Lago Puelo, Argentina, where only a few people would actually witness it. But it is quite another matter when the skies open up, and the Ladder of Ascension appears, and thousands of people begin to ascend over Jerusalem. You know how everyone watches Jerusalem. You know how the news of that area travels with lightning speed around the planet. Even if you cannot personally be there, you can thought project yourself there. Now we have a GOF member that is there to hold and anchor the Light of Ascension and the Ladder of Ascension for the starseeds and for all lightworkers.

The third aspect is that is that as you meditate, as you visualize, as you transport yourself etherically to the heavenly Ladder of Ascension, you will experience a magnificent feeling of ecstasy and joy. I can assure you from my own personal experience that nothing can compare to the joy and the ecstasy during an ascension. No experience on Earth can even come close to what you will experience during your ascension. All of the pains and sorrows, all of trials and tribulations that you have gone through in this lifetime and other lifetimes on the Earth, will totally be grasped and received with love and joy by your self at that moment. You will know during your ascension that all of the experiences and all of the work you have done have brought you and prepared you for this ascension. Now you may not understand why you are going through this particular problem or why this particular circumstance came upon you. It will become so clear at this moment as you approach and go up the ladder. You will understand that, yes, this was part of your process and preparation for your ascension.

I will speak again from personal experience because a cruel and painful death will not be a barrier in any way to your ascension. That has been proven. That has been experienced. That has been shown to the world. This does not mean that you must or will have such a death, but it does show and teach that all of the Earth experiences will be put into the right perspective at the Ascension. Kadosh, Kadosh, Kadosh, Adonai Tzevaoth.

We are going to work with Juliano and establish three more ascension ladders on this planet. I will be with Juliano and Archangel Metatron revealing the locations of those. We must anchor and hold the energies of the Ladder of Ascension over the Temple Rock for at least the next 30 days, and then we can begin to point to the next one. Remember, use thought projections. Send yourself to this area and to this ascension ladder. Use the etheric crystals that Juliano and the Arcturians brought down. The etheric crystals can serve as a particle accelerator. Juliano was talking about physics and cosmology. We can use the analogy of a particle accelerator in which spiritual energies are increased. So, if you would want to spiritually project yourself to the Ladder of Ascension over the Temple of the Rock, the Temple of the Mount, then you could go through a spiritual accelerator, namely the etheric crystals

As Juliano instructed you, go now to your favorite etheric crystal. I am sending my light and energy directly to Montserrat where that beautiful etheric crystal is. If you want to join me, send your light and energy to Montserrat near Barcelona, Spain, and project yourself there. The light of Montserrat is being projected to the Ladder of Ascension now. Now, project yourself from the Montserrat etheric crystal to the base of the Ladder of Ascension over Jerusalem. I am there at the base of the ladder to greet you. As we are at the base of the ladder, look up with me to the higher rungs. Look upwards to the fifth dimension. You cannot climb the ladder now, but I have opened the doorway. I have opened the ladder energy field. Look up with me and see the angelic hosts. There is my son, Archangel Michael. Let him speak to you now from the sixth rung of the ladder. He is at the sixth rung, floating in etheric light. I am Sananda.

Greetings, I am Archangel Michael. I welcome you all to this beautiful Ladder of Ascension. You can feel the interaction of all of the prophets, of all of the great sages, of all of the great religious leaders, who have been at this place over the centuries. I am helping to bring an activation and a renewed activation from all of the Fathers. There is a new activation. That is the new activation of the star families, the star brotherhood and sisterhood and the fifth-dimensional masters. The fifth-dimensional light is beaming down the ladder from the Central Sun. I am helping to bathe and direct that light to each of you. Receive this light now. It will make you more able to climb the rungs and to climb the steps of the ladders – the Ladders of Ascension.

As you approach the ladder and the steps of ascension, become aware that your body is like a coat, and all you have to do is take off the coat, and you are in your soul light. You are in your soul energy field. Nefesh Ha Ya. Nefesh Ha Tov. Neshamah. Neshamah.

The light of your higher self is radiating as you move closer to the Ladders of Ascension and to the steps of ascension. The Neshamah is your Higher Self. Juliano has talked to you about shimmering, where you connect with your fifth-dimensional self. Visualize at this moment that your fifth-dimensional self is at the top of the ladder, and now you are in a heightened state with your third-dimensional self. You are in such a heightened state that you could take the coat of your lower self off and shimmer yourself to the top of the ladder. There at the top is your fifth-dimensional self at the very top of the ladder. Your fifth-dimensional self is waiting for you at the top of the Ladder of Ascension. At the count of three, I ask you to shimmer yourself up to the top. Your physical body will remain down here. Shimmer to the top of the ladder now!

We are in a beautiful etheric garden with high frequency light, and you are released temporarily from the burden of your third-dimensional body as you sit here in a great circle with me, Archangel Michael, Sananda and Juliano. I will go into silence and meditation while you experience this great light.

It is so good to be with friends in this circle of light. It is great to be in this great circle of light with your starseed friends. I wanted each of you to know that. You are in a circle of friendship; you are in a circle of brotherhood and sisterhood. We are called the White Brotherhood and Sisterhood. We are a soul group. We are a soul family devoted to the highest light possible. Shimmer back to the third-dimensional body on the Earth now!

We are back at the base of the Ladder of Ascension. You have shimmered yourself back with a huge new spiritual light quotient, a new spiritual energy field. You have helped us to reactivate in a deeper way the Ladder of Ascension here in Jerusalem. Return back to the etheric crystal that you started from. In many cases, it will be Montserrat. From Montserrat, travel back to your physical body, wherever you started from. Reenter in perfect alignment. Place your right hand over your heart, and if you so feel, state the affirmation: “I feel my heart energy connected to this Ladder of Ascension over Jerusalem.”

You may remove your hand. Remember that Juliano has told you that we are only 10 percent into the eclipse energy. Look what we can already accomplish with 10 percent. Imagine as we move closer to the total eclipse of the 2012 time, what higher energy and spiritual light you can experience.

I feel tears of joy for you because I know how hard it is to be on the Earth. At the same time I know how joyful and how loving it is to join us when you go up this ladder. To the best of your ability, try and love your life and what you are doing, and try and bring the highest amount of your soul energy into this body. Know that this connection to the Ladder of Ascension goes deep into the Earth, deep into the magnetic energy field of the Earth. At the same time as it is going up to the fifth dimension, this Ladder of Ascension is also bringing down fifth-dimensional light into the core of the Earth. It is spreading this light throughout all of the grids of the planet, through all of the magnetic fields of the planet, to all of the high sacred spots on the planet, all the acupuncture points. Know that this is a planetary healing light. The Ladder of Ascension is connecting the fifth dimension to the third-dimensional Earth at this moment. I am Archangel Michael. Good day.

CHANGING OUR DIET AS WE MOVE INTO HIGHER DIMENSIONS

We are living in an acid world and most of the diseases known since the beginning of time are caused by our lifestyles and especially our eating habits. While raw food is not for everybody, it is the ideal diet when it comes to healing. Also, as one's consciousness and frequencies are raised, our carbon based 3D bodies transmute into 5D crystalline based bodies.
In this article I would like to explore two topics: Why is raw food so healing, and raw food as a transition to living in higher dimensions and eventually into living on pranic food – the life force which we are receiving through our crown chakra.
As you may already know, our bodies are detoxing while we are sleeping. We are practically fasting. It is advisable to prolong this detox by starting the day with fruit. Fruits are good detoxifiers and bowel cleansers. They are a source of structured water and charged not only by sun, but also by wind, earth and water elements. If you make a smoothie in your blender and add to the fruit, preferably local and what is in season, some green leafy vegetables like spinach, parsley, kale, chard, etc. you are adding amino acids, the building blocks of protein. The amino acids are our main source of protein for now. As you begin to live on pranic food, you don’t have to worry anymore about protein and calories. If you would like to take it one step higher, you could add micro-greens such as Vitamineral Greens, which not only helps again with the detoxification, but gives your body all the nutrients you need and allows you to eliminate multiple vitamins and other supplements you may be taking.
Now, don’t forget, our bodies are unique. What works for me may not work for you and who is the one to tell you what is the best for your body? Your intuition. We are moving into higher dimensions, our bodies are mutating and changing on subatomic levels. Nobody has gone through this before. This is so unique a situation that not even doctors, scientists or blood tests can tell us what to eat to support the temple that is housing our spirit.
But back to the healing effects of raw food. It is all about enzymes. There are metabolic enzymes, that support the metabolic process, and digestive enzymes. Both are mainly produced by the pancreas, stomach and small intestine. Then there are food enzymes. Every single food contains its own enzyme needed for its own digestion. These enzymes are destroyed by heat, frost, irradiation, microwaves, etc.
If you eat raw food full of enzymes – the life force, your body doesn’t need to produce digestive enzymes. If the body is not producing digestive enzymes, all the energy, that would be otherwise invested here goes to rejuvenation, rebuilding and repair. Major healing results can be seen after only a week on raw food.
Most of the fruits, vegetables and seeds are alkaline compare to alcohol, sodas, coffee, meat, baked goods, etc., that are acid. Diseases cannot grow in an alkaline body!
Another healing benefit of raw food is the weight loss one will experience with a raw food diet. All the extra pounds causing most of the known diseases will drop off quickly and easily.
Let’s talk now about raw food as a transition to living on pranic food. This is a very individual process based on the amount of energy you channel through your body on a daily basis and the light you hold. The DNA strands become reconnected, the crystalline body anchored. Sooner or later the body can’t process dense food. It is time to lighten up!
A slow start is recommended. By eliminating meat we will no longer have to kill animals to support ourselves. By eliminating alcohol, coffee and products containing white sugar and white flour, we will greatly reduce the ingestion of acid producing foods.
Milk is mucous producing and recommended only for babies. Unpasteurized raw goat milk products are on the other side easy digest. Eliminate all genetically modified foods such as soy and corn and especially anything containing preservatives, colorings, MSG, etc.
To support this process you may wish to do a liver cleanse, kidney cleanse or one or two colonics per year, as the body will go into detoxification mode. Exercise, yoga, tai chi, chi gong and bodywork will also help to move all the toxin out of your body.
Eventually you will add more and more raw food into your diet, especially foods charged with sun. Liquid foods such as smoothies, juices, puddings and vegetable soups move through the body quickly without requiring too much energy for digestion. Salads topped with seeds will give you something to chew on. Cravings will disappear fairly quickly, as they are the body's message that you are contracted and need something expanding such as sugar. The best dessert I know is a fruit pudding made from banana and blueberries. Keep it simple!

METATRON - CRYSTALINE BODY STRUCTURES

Greetings! This is Metatron.We begin to understand more about our Crystalline Body Structures:Fire Letters

The Fire Letters are the basis of the Genetic Code for humans, it is stored in your every cell. This electromagnetic energy is ever changing to bring in higher and higher vibratory rates into your body. When you feel as if your cells are speeding up, you feel the shaking in your body, your body is downloading the new genetic codes which are anchoring in your Crystalline Body. Your body is attracting the silicone and other elements including gold which are the basis of the new body template. The Fire Letters may be arranged in different ways as a Code for the body and your DIVINE BLUEPRINT responds to the new organization of letters as a code, as in a hard drive. The holographic representation acts differently, processes information differently. It is from this One anchors in a body which lives off liquid golden light. This coding is what translates Higher Thoughts and Higher Gifts. These Fire Letters are not arranged in a linear fashion. If you view the Fire Letters, it is like looking at a hologram and it is arranged on many levels interdimensionally all at once. Imagine a fractal beginning at the Great Central Sun, Alcyone. This fractal moves out from that point to Sol, our Sun, to Jupiter, To Mercury and to Sirius, as well as all the Planets, Stars and Suns in our local Galaxy. See this spiral fractal growing smaller and piercing the next dimension where it grows bigger, passes through another Sun, collecting FORCE energy, and spiraling smaller again until it reachers Earth.
This fractal which extends all the way back through the Planets and Stars and Suns to Alcyone, filled with resplendent light, then come to Earth and comes right into the crystalline body through the crown. This FORCE energy comes into the brain structures where natural DMT (Dimethyltryptamine) is made in the pineal gland. It is here where the Fire Letters are ignited with Force and Love from each Heart Merkaba. The Fire Letters, aside from being formed on many layers at once, also speak in many different languages at once: The Language of Light. This language is heard by the brain, the mitochondria in the cell, the individual atom, the etheric body, the ego mind, the DIVINE BLUEPRINT body, and on and on, each in their own language, transmitting instructions simultaneously and synchronistically which sustain life. By Attuning to HIGHER FIRE LETTER PATTERNS YOU ANCHOR IN YOUR CRYSTALLINE BODY WITH HIGHER GIFTS (SIDDHIS). These are called Key Codes.Key CodesIn order for the Crystalline Body to anchor in One must key into or Attune to Higher Codes. Using the Language of Light and coding into the 12th Dimension makes it possible to live in a crystalline body in the Lower Dimensional spaces. Each dimensional field has its own light and its own sound field. It is from these light and sound fields holographic representations are made. It is with light and sound atoms are organized to appear as if they are solid structures. Nothing projected in physicality is truly a solid structure. Instead, these are holograms held together vibrationally through light and sound. Accessing Higher Key Codes anchors in informational from higher dimensions into Your Being and allows your DIVINE BLUEPRINT to reflect on to physicality as a Crystalline Structure instead of a carbon based structure. This brings in higher Spiritual aspects and does away with lower aspects such as sex drive through the second chakra and the desire for large amounts of dense food. As you Attune your Body to the 12th Dimensional Blueprint, the Crystalline Body, you are better equipped to Access your Gifts such as teleportation. Imagine it as a download speed on a modem.
Higher Attunement means higher light and sound frequencies, means higher abilities. CONSCIOUS EATING - JANUARY CLASS

Hello everybody and happy 2010!

I have been eating raw food for 2 years now and teaching raw food classes for 1 year. I have realized, that raw food is not for everybody and therefore I am changing the concept a little bit.

I will continue teaching monthly classes this year here at my home in Los Cordovas, the focus will be on Conscious Eating. In these classes we will talk about the food as the energy source, how to listen to our bodies, how to energize food and align it with the energy of our own body. Wi will remind us selves of the importance of eating alkaline food as the dieases are not able to grow in an alkaline body and how crucial it is to eat food rich on enzymes, as the enzymes are the fuel, the life force involved in every action of the body, be it on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level.

As you may allready know, we are moving into higher dimensions. Our bodies are transmuting into crystaline bodies and will not handle heavy complex food as before. We will begin to draw on energy from outside sources. But that's way down the road, in mean time it is advisable to add light and liquid dishes to our diet.

I have scheduled the first class of this year for January 30th, 2PM. The cost is $30. I need 5 participants min. in order to teach this class. We will prepare some simple and easy to make raw food dishes, that will support your bodies on the way to Ascension.

Beloved beings of extraordinary light and unwavering focus...gather together under the energetic shroud of this transmission for the purpose of celebrating the return of love! We come together today to join in praise and celebration with you, our beloved brothers and sisters of earth.

The turning of the tide, the parting of worlds, the separation of the wheat from the chaff...all of these euphemisms point to the eternal now, a point in time when all lower reality matrices are severed from truth. What we would like to bring forth thru this cherished inter-dimensional channel of various galactic civilizations, is as of this day (12/09/09) the 12:12 gateway has officially opened.

What this means for man and womankind is unprecedented in scope, for all galactic gateway portals have been leading up to the potency of this particular frequencial point in time and space.

Following the 12:12 gateway, all members of the activated crystalline grid structure will begin to release responsibility of and connection to the 3d dimensional duality matrix. At the 12:21 solstice celebration, and with the support of both the lunar and solar eclipses, the earth and her people will shift into position for greater expansion and the new beginnings of 2010. All of earth and humanity will be affected by the amount of love pouring in through these powerful portal dates, yet it will also represent the activation completion and reconnection for wayshowers to step fully into their divine roles.

This suggests a hierarchical order, yet it is based on an individual ability to accept ever-expanding probabilities, and to broaden your capacity to love. METATRON SPEAKS ON DECEMBER 12TH CHANGES

On 12/12 there will not be a “poof” and they are gone, swallowed up in some manner, kind of thing.
Earth will on this day, discernibly and palpably separate into interdimensions both being experienced at the same time.

It may not be felt by many that first day, but as time marches on, things will be noticeably different on Terra Nova Earth versus ‘3D becoming 5D Earth’ parallel.These will be parallels happening on two different timelines simultaneously.

As Terra Nova continues to ascend more each day, and Galactic presence helps her along with technology and new systems in place; then at the same time, interdimensionally and parallel to this, others will continue in their jobs without this assistance and stay in their homes, stay with their veils intact.

They will not recognize that the 5D and above ones are doing something a bit different. They just will not believe what the others believe, and this is how they will be, by their own choice, in limbo. They will continue with their programs in place, in the matrix consciousness. They will notice a group of Earthlings have changed, but they will not understand it, or pay much attention to it, they will have veils and will be somewhat blind to it. They will continue to worry about deadlines and survival.

In the meantime, those on Terra Nova, will have their veils drop. They will note a difference in the other group; they will continue to love and support them and some will spend more time with the old group, than others. They will have duality removed and be walking with their Twin Flames and know balance and orgasmic love in all their trillions of cells.

The ones not yet moving forward will stay in their own fog and not notice the changes of the others, and the Terra Nova inhabitants will be aware of the smaller Group, but will feel so compassionate and loving and detached from them, one will not affect the other on a day to day basis. As the Ones on the parallel timeline continue on they will have a collapse of their financial systems and this will be devastating. Through this, they will come into new governance. They will continue to learn and grow in a duality setting. They have chosen this. They will be on a timeline where 3D is becoming 5D.

To ask when half or more of the 3D becoming 5D Group can rejoin the other group, as they move out of their kind of anomoly bubble, can be a hundred years, or two, or more. This is yet to be determined. It will not be one second longer than their critical mass will require.

This is why Ashtar said, some of you will go back to 3D and help others there.

You can go back and forth at will.

You will cast your image onto physicality as little or as much as you like. Therefore, friends and family may become distant friends or family you haven’t seen in years, or not, depending on your presence there. Many walk-ins lose contact with their ‘rental unit’ birth family over time, some get divorced right after they walk-in.

Situations change and distances in relationships manifest for different reasons. This is easily understood and not dwelt on as each person gets into their immediate life and the work they are doing and their own close relationships.

Settling into our New Grooves

In the last energy update I said that November would be a very powerful month of spiritual mastery... a month of fully aligning with the new & true and a time to integrate any remaining fears preventing us from mastery. And while we are not quite finished with this month of major transition (sorry folks, we have another 11:11:11 on 11/29/09) I am wondering....

How did you fare?

My guess is that you were either flattened out from the relentless waves of purifying love... or you were busy wrapping up annoying details (relationship, career, financial, ect.) from your past so you could make the 12:12 deadline...or you were busy packing and moving to a new location or finding your new home on earth...or perhaps you were inundated with new ideas, plans, inspiration and/or great clarity around your new life while slowly starting to move into position...or maybe all of those things.

From an energetic perspective we (the collective we) are getting down to the wire... aligning on all levels with our higher choices and really needing to wrap things up in totality by taking full responsibility for our past mis-creations and resolving any issues syphoning our energy so we can effectively walk into the new & true with absolutely no ties. We really need these clean slates so we can step into the flow of conscious creation and focus all of our energy only on that which we are here to contribute as we come together to create the new earth.

As we ground deeper into our lives and bodies, physical happenings (new people, partners, purposes) begin to take their place to usher us into the new era and the proof of all our hard work is slowly beginning to appear as greater clarity, new openings and grounded real-life opportunities.

And just to be clear, this applies to all of humanity, not just those conscious of the galactic ascension process. Though we are all residing at different levels of awareness, people everywhere are finally settling into their new grooves, beginning their new lives & venturing down the path to living their authentic purpose.

It is truly amazing and even a bit bewildering to finally begin to see pieces of the life we knew would eventually arrive!

And please don't be dismayed if you do not yet have the full picture, the details or the physical vitality to fully engage these new realities/opportunities...for those of us who have been holding the space for all others, we are so close to the magic of 5th dimensional living that portions of it are bleeding through and becoming more readily available for us to participate in, however, a bit more patience is still needed to complete this unfathomable cycle of clearing.

The Severing of Timelines

The starbeings declare that 12/12 finalizes the separation of worlds from the lower dimensional reality matrix of polarization and the higher dimensional reality matrix of unification.

This means the absence of discord and the arrival of peace.

This is also the prophesied time for the wayshowers to activate their full potential in mastery and to step fully into their leadership roles..."those who rise to the top will be the new leaders of a divine era and those who follow suit will be well cared for in the realms of new earth." -Pleiadians

On an energetic level, the resistance that we have been feeling with regard to actualizing our dreams and potential is finally fading, and in it's place is the energy stream of support. I am hearing that the reason this is now possible is due to the changes in the magnetosphere as discussed in prior postings...those magnetic changes that are releasing the human race from bondage. Though it is a pseudoscientific area of expertise that is revealing the nature of these events, all of humanity will be undeniably affected by it.

Activation of the Merkaba

The 12:12 (12/12/09) galactic gateway/portal signals the completion of a cosmic cycle and the separation from fear based reality constructs. From a bio-energetic perspective this is made possible thru the activation of the 12th dimensional perceptual field matrix, or 12th dimension of conscious awareness.

So basically, this 12D frequency field completes the activation of the Merkaba body as an ascension vehicle, which consequently enables the conscious application of directive thought to manifest into form.

In essence, the Merkaba is a complex geometric conscious field of energy that surrounds each of us and that activates through the purified vibrations of love, faith, trust, truth, and compassion which enables us to expand into the next set of dimensional fields of existence and progressively ascend. Once we fully arrive in these higher dimensional fields of awareness we are kept in a dimensionalized phase lock which fully releases us from all lower dimensional and holographic reality systems. I am being shown that the solstice on 12/21/09 will create the doorway to enter the vibrations of new earth.

Physical Happenings

As we finish up our unfinished business, and depending on how many cellular memory imprints we have to clear, our physical bodies have definitely been working overtime to keep up with our energetic demands this month.

Throughout all of November, and as the divine masculine and feminine energies merge through our heart centers, we have endured some unprecedented heart openings. These clearings can manifest in the physical realms as relationship challenges (issues of the heart), incidents or projections of past heartbreak/betrayal, bouts of bronchitis, nausea, indigestion, HEARTBURN (licorice root helps with this), chest pain, back pain & soreness (between the shoulder blades) breast tenderness & swelling.

Where we are headed, the intelligence of the heart will completely direct our reality and dictate our impact on the world, which is why our hearts our being painfully cracked wide open.

In addition to that fun, we are also still undergoing major electrical changes as we are rewired to perceive the higher vibrating realities. These electrical changes can cause anxiety, restlessness, difficulty in grounding, inability to complete things, erratic sleep patterns & insomnia, spinal discomfort, stress and tension around the base of the neck and shoulders, buzzing and vibrating in the limbs and crown.

Add to that the usual detoxification symptoms (bloating, fatigue, irritability, ect.) and things can still feel pretty icky on a physical level.

We have also had a lot of ongoing activity in the pineal and pituitary glands with the merging male/female polarities so sinus issues may be prevalent right now: vertigo and sinus headaches, ear pain/congestion, high-pitched ringing, post-nasal drip, incessant throat clearing/coughing, sensitivity to smells, etc.

On the positive side (yes, there is one!) you may be experiencing random breakthroughs of bliss, great anticipation, clarity and inspiration coupled with feelings of expansion & periodic experiences of timelessness, along with increased psychic vision and perception of "other worlds" as we continue to teeter between the past and future. Answers to long held questions may be suddenly appearing as well as some material manifestations and new connections with like minded people.

So tho we are still primarily in period of challenge & stillness...and with just a few more portals to pass through... I am told that what's on the other side of that doorway can barely be imagined with the human mind.

Luckily for us, we will only be limited to the human imagination for a very limited time!

FOOD - A DIMMENSIONAL PERSPECTIVE

Why do you eat food? There are many perspectives on the subject depending on your level of awareness. The typical human perspective about food, is strictly survival oriented, based on typical tribal consciousness that normal society operates within. As we all know, as we awaken, our perception of food and nutrition changes dramatically, and we have to deal with the rest of society lagging behind in their old ways.

As beings awaken in the new age there is a tendency to be conscious of what you eat and to be drawn towards vegetarianism. It has become the "proper" way to be for a whole list of reasons including environmental, physical, emotional, political, spiritual etc. So based on your new age perception, there are consequences to your actions - "you are what you eat". It would be more accurate to say, your identity of who you think you are, is directly related to your perception of reality, including diet.

The trap that many people have fallen into in the new age has been believing that there is actually a right way to be and act to be spiritual. And in regards to food, in order to be spiritual you have to eat a certain way, and only eat certain things.

Now we must of course consider all factors involved because we are the caretakers of this planet. For instance, we all know that the consumption of beef has been the biggest destroyer on this planet, bigger than war, disease, natural disasters, anything. There have been more hectares of forest cut down for grazing land than for any other reason including general farming. Everyone on planet earth could be fed easily, in abundance, every day, absolutely free, on a vegetarian diet, if the greed structure, inherent within social tribal survival oriented consciousness was obliterated, and the wealth system of the planet were redistributed to include everyone as being our brothers and sisters, instead of our enemies.

Now that is just one example of the many structures of separation that exist on planet earth that are being dismantled to make way for the new civilization. In order for this new civilization to manifest, we must shift our consciousness to the next level of awareness to see the higher purpose of this destruction, and to loosen our grasp upon spiritual idealism.

The planetary destruction that we have been inflicting is all part of the divine plan of the further densification of planet earth. We have been taking planet earth to its furthest point of densification, so that we could then start going the other direction, to expansion. We have been exploring mastery of limitation to its fullest; it is now time for mastery of divine expression. On a physical level, all the destruction we have inflicted upon planet earth can be healed almost instantly. We have technologies available in the underground spiritual community that could heal all the environmental pollution. There is assistance available from extraterrestrial sources, to completely reforest our raped planet, and heal all the gouging wounds that the greed structures of the planet have created, if we just asked for help. But this help will not come without a shift in consciousness.

But the new civilization manifesting on planet earth is not about healing the old world. It is not about righting the wrongs of the old civilization, because what the old world did, in true reality, was totally perfect for the expression and experience of All That Is and the divine plan. The new world manifesting is a world of light. Everything from the old world of separation will be obsolete and just a vague memory. Everything will be new. Everything that knows its connection with All That Is will exist and continue to experience life, a new life like no other ever experienced before.

Everything is Illusion

Everything in this reality that we collectively agree is real, is actually an illusion, our creation for our expression and experience. With this in mind, the entire idea of food and nutrition is part of that mire of illusion. All reality is perceptual, what you perceive to be real is real for you. So your perception of what food is for, and what it does, affects your life based on this perception.

You are not what you eat! You are who you are no matter what you eat, drink or smoke. You are who you are no matter what you do, say, think, or feel. The moral, physical, emotional and spiritual ramifications of what you ingest, are your personal business based on what your perception is, this is your experience no one else's. The world is not in charge of you and your well being, in fact they don't even care about you and your well being, they only want you to conform so that everyone can agree on the collective illusion. With this in mind I will explore a dimensional interpretation of consciousness of people and their relationship to food.

Tribal Consciousness, 3rd dimensional reality

If you are living your life from a primarily 3rd dimensional way of perceiving reality, using only what you can see, hear and touch as your way of determining what is real, with a pleasure pain orientation - this is how and why you eat: you eat because you are hungry (avoid pain), to satiate hunger pangs and give you energy; you eat for pleasure. You are eating for survival, plain and simply. The body says eat or I will die, so you go on a search for the first thing you can find to slam down your gullet. Most people on planet earth, as we are painfully aware, are still operating from this limited perspective.

The most common foods eaten from this perspective are meat, dairy products, junk food, fast food and sugar. Foods that are easily obtainable with the least amount of effort. The acquisition of these foods are from a tribal hunter gatherer reality. These people are not very concerned about the nutritional, environmental, emotional, mental or spiritual ramifications of these foods. If they are concerned about nutrition it is usually biased by rigid programming supported by money hungry corporations, jaded medical practitioners and other ignorant humans. In other words, whoever has a similar reality that is based on illusion and lies, will all stick together to support each other and their limited illusionary perspective. On to the next level.

4th Dimensional Perception

If you have awoken to a certain degree to consider higher possibilities about reality, then you may be very concerned about what you put into your body. You probably are a vegetarian, or at least close to it, with a minimum consumption of animals. You are concerned about the ramifications of what you consume; respect for all life is a priority in your life. In addition to eating for pleasure and other similar reasons as the rest of humanity, you eat for health reasons, you have educated yourself in the nutritional aspects of foods and you concern yourself with how what you eat affects the environment, your emotions, your mind and your spirit. You will have empowered yourself by taking charge of your own body and rejecting old world greed programming.

Essentially you are operating from a 4th dimensional perspective. If you have left over 3D programs, you may be judgmental of anyone who still operates so limitedly and continues the onslaught. If you have evolved higher, you will be at peace with the illusions of separation, you will be tolerant and compassionate of those beings that have a different reality to you, that do not understand what they are doing. You will not feel a need to defend yourself if you are condemned for your bizarre behavior from a neanderthalic person, you will have compassion for their ignorance.

You may be at a point where you realize that your body's health, is maintained by many influences, including emotional, mental and spiritual factors, and that it is relatively impossible to have or maintain perfect health from a physical level only. The more evolved you get, the more you consider the options of food, including whether or not food is even a necessity at all. You may consider being a raw foodist, a fruitarian or a breatharian.

Your consciousness may have expanded enough to realize that your body is not sustained by matter but by energy, or prana. You may at this point realize that the only reason we started eating food in the first place was to obtain prana from it. You may now realize that prana can be obtained directly through our prana tubes, that extend one hand length above our heads, through our bodies, to one hand length below our feet.

You may realize that the ingestion of food in general is an extremely limited concept, especially from the perspective that you will die if you do not eat it. You may start considering the possibility that eating food will eventually become obsolete. Next level.

5th Dimensional Awareness

If you are operating from an even higher perceptual reality, dimensionally described as 5th, where you identify with your Spirit, Higher Self, I Am presence, then you may be operating much more spontaneously, eating whatever and wherever you feel like it, and eating whatever your spirit directs you to eat. From this perspective the only reason to eat anything is because your spirit says to. This direction can take many forms based on your listening abilities and how you receive information. It may take the form of feeling, intuition, knowing, direct verbal guidance, or a free meal. From this higher perspective of awareness, you may become sensitive enough to know exactly what your body needs, listening to its direction and eating that, not what your mind has been programmed it likes, but what the consciousness of your body knows it needs.

At the next level of awareness, you realize that you are Spirit, and your body is sustained by you as consciousness; that you are the sustaining force; the nutritional force; the love force; the life force of your body, and without you, your body dies.

At this level you must accept, allow and include all aspects of your beingness. You are a spirit having a human experience, but you are inhabiting a human body on planet earth, complete with its biological sexual territorial survival oriented urges. You must acknowledge them and become at peace with them, so they do not rule your life, and you can have fun with them. So I recommend further, to loosen your grasp upon spiritual idealism and be conscious during every experience. In other words, know that you are consciousness, know that what ever you do to your body, or experience while being in this body is just experience, that you can do no wrong and that everything you do is of the highest service to All That Is.

You are just an actor playing a part, so enjoy being an actor with the reckless abandon of knowing that it is all illusion and for your experience. Go ahead and give yourself permission to live, to enjoy what the world of physicality has to offer. Go ahead and smoke cigarettes, and smoke pot, and pig out on junk food, and eat meat, and have sex - especially sex, this is one of the most grounding things that you can do, a gift from All That Is to remember who we are and experience Divinity within physical feeling.

If you are a vegetarian, you may start loosening your staunch spiritual ideal about not eating animals, and might admit it to yourself that that bacon smells good and that chicken looks good, you might be tempted to try some. If you are a meat eater you will give yourself a break and stop pressuring yourself to do the "right thing" and become a vegetarian. Discover what is right for you.

All of these physical things are gifts from God and are ultimately divine, they are of excellent benefit to your grounding, they connect you to the earth. You are a cosmic being, doing your best to get into this body as fully as you possibly can, so you need to experience life to its fullest so that you can dismantle what does not serve your descension and growth, and encourage what does assist with your full embodiment process. Remember, it is not what you do that matters, but your perception of what you do that matters.

Nothing matters for the world is naught, and you are the only truth. If you know who you are, and know that you are really acting a part in this great drama, then you can do whatever the director, and your own spontaneous creative expressional essence, requires of you in the moment. Whatever the divine plan has in store for you, what ever All That Is wants you to do, whatever you know is perfect in the moment, regardless if it can be judged as not being spiritual, you will do it without hesitation because you know that whatever it is it will assist in your growth, other peoples growth, and the further manifestation of the new civilization - Heaven on Earth.

As your consciousness ascends further, you start operating from a light body perspective of oneness with All That Is, where consciousness is all that matters, all other considerations are under that umbrella, they are included of course, but they are not what you use to determine reality, they are merely elements in the forces at play.

You may desire to eat light foods because you are feeding your light body now. You know that a new civilization of light is manifesting where food will be obsolete and boring compared to the wonderful things you will be experiencing. And survival is absolutely not a consideration, not a part of the collective reality of love. Your sustenance is no longer a consideration because you are All That Is and All That Is is sustained by All That Is. So enjoy food now, eat whatever you want because you won't even care about it when you have ascended.
